Is DCFS allowed to take my child while they are investigating before even seeing her they said I needed a family member to take her. Can I lose my child for being in a legal methadone program which a hospital made me join?Also my drug test was negative for all drugs.

You can always lose your kid. That being said, there are many people in your situation that keep their children.
