Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

dcfs

i called dcfs and they said it was ok to

use hot sauce in a childs mouth since it

is food but my dr said it is cruel and

abusive so who do i believe

Listen to your doctor. It is cruel and abusive. Just because one person at DCFS said something to you does not mean that other DCFS people agree with that. Besides, hot sauce could cause your child to go into shock. Then you'll be asking for advice on how to get out of jail. If you have to seek advice regarding whether a method you use to discipline your child could be illegal, then that tells you that it's wrong. At least I hope you're smart enough to figure that out.
