Death or divorce

67yr female & 36yr male married 6 weeks ago. Woman has all assets(stocks, retirement, home, bonds and cash) with prior will leaving everything to 2 daughters. What is the man entiltled to at divorce or death?

Perhaps the 67 yr old female should consider a living trust. Then her 2 daughters get everything.
