Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Currently deployed to Iraq, my wife stated that she wants a divorce. What percentage of my retirement may possibly go to her, married 6 years.

Very little. I would recommend not worrying about it until you get back, as you can't get a divorce until then anyway.
