How to get a depostion written for an out of state court
I live in florida and I want to know if I can get a deposition from a florida person and it be admissable in the state of Illinois.

Sure. As long as you fulfill the requirements of the law in the State of Illinois. You can send your attorney or your attorney can hire another attorney in Florida to take the depositions.
There are pretty strict procedures to follow, so I would advise the assistance of counsel.
