does she deserve it all

I have been seperated from my wife for about 2.5yrs.she moved out with her boyfriend.we were seperated about 8 months.when I finally got back into my house I had to pay 40.000 dollars in debt she left including bad checks she passed.I have my two children with me she dosent want them.now that ive lost my job and have to sell my house she wants 10.000 dollars from me before shell sign off on it.I think ive givin her enough.DO I REALLY HAVE TO PAY HER

You need an attorney to examine your situation. However, you having custody makes your situation a bit better. You may be liable for spousal support - but her living with her boyfriend makes it a little easier on you - either way, a judge awards money based on the individual situation - so no, you don't HAVE to give her anything - if you already paid her debt and can prove it, it should help your situation. If she won't sign divorce papers, then you can file a divorce suit and make her come to some sort of settlement according to a judge's choice. At any rate, don't let her hold you hostage - go to court and get it sorted.
