devorce and taxes

im going thru a devorce and my soon to be ex wife lives in illinois and i now live in indiana.i just had my taxes done and they were filed electronicley the irs has flaged them saying that my ss# and date of birth has already been used on another form. i know that my ex is the one who did this i have already resent my taxes by mail so they can start an investagation. can she be in trouble for doing this without my permission.and if so can i have her prosacuted for this thank you
