Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My divorce agreement states that I am to pay the monthly premium for my ex-wives health insurance until she is either on someone elses policy or works somewhere that offers health insurance. Since she is self-employeed, doesn't that qualify as working at a place that offers insurance? My thinking is as far as beneits go, she can offer herself raises, sick days, vacation days as desired. Wouldn't the potential, if you will, be there for her to offer health insurance as well?
