Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

In my divorce agreement it states tt only parents are allowed to deliver corporal punishment. The kids father lives with his mother. She has been spanking the youngest one with kitchen utensils. What, if any action can I take to protect my children?

Is the other parent allowing these spankings? If so, you may be able to file pleadings asking the Court to hold him/her in contempt. Otherwise you might consider calling child services.
