Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

My divorce agrement states that I have to p[ovide my husband who is in jail a phone number to call my daughter at. It does not state who pays for it. He can only call collect and I have a block on my phone for collect calls. Will I get in trouble for not accepting the charges

Unless the order requires you to accept collect calls, you do not have to do so. It is his burden to get the order changed.
