Divorce attorney quits
10mths into my divorce,my attorney
is quitting have a baby. do i have to start all over again with a new
attorney?

No, you should have to start all over again. A new attorney should be able to pick-up where the last attorney left off on the case. Sometimes, a new set of eyes is better anyhow. You need a new attorney, but you do not need to redo anything that has already occured. What has already been finished?
