Back in the yr. 2000 I was divorced and was granted a sum to be paid to me of $12,000. $4,000 per year for 3 years. Due to circumstances such as jail time and hard financal times I have been very leanient with my X paying me this. Now I am still owed, and badly need the $4,200 he still owes me and am having problems getting him to pay me the remaining balance. What can I do? I have no funds for legal representation.

You might find a collections attorney that is willing to take your case on a percentage basis.
