Divorce and car payments

My ex wife kept the car in our divorce. She is not making the car payments and is about to have the car repossesed. This will affect my credit. Is there anything that I can do to save my credit. I have no way of affording to pay for the car in her place.

If your name is on the car, you can try to sell it, pay back what is owed out of the proceeds.
