I have benn separated for over a year and my husband abandend me and his daughter. I want a divorce and custody of our daughter and to file abandenment because he got us evicted from are home and left the state. He mentally abused me and the children I have another daughter from a previous marriage who is eight.. What can I do?

You can do exactly what you said you wanted. You can get a divorce, and get an order for child support entered against him, and if you know where I can start looking, go after her for the money.
