Can a husband use a wifes emails for evidence in proving shes emotionally unstable, so that i can have custody of my children

Hello. The divorce judge will use the

Illinois rules of evidence in determining whether the emails are admissible for the purpose that you seek. In my opinion you are going to have a tough time convincing the judge to consider the emails as evidence of your wife's emotional instability. The emails, in and of themselves, will not qualify as evidence of a psychologist. Will be happy to discuss this further and in more detail.
