I'm thinking about getting divorced from my husdand of 4 years. We have a two year old daughter. My husband has 2 DUI;s and after 7 years without a driver's license--- he was issued a Restricted Drivers License but he continuse to drive under the influence of alcohol and we argue about his drinking everyday. I'm fed up with his ways and want to rent an apartment and take my daughter with me. Is this a good idea to just pack up and leave? And also, I need advice about child custody and divorce.

Nobody can tell you what your husband's reaction would be to your packing up and leaving. You should get a lawyer to deal with the divorce and custody issue if you wish to set it down on paper now and not let things get difficult. If things are on paper from a court, you won't have any arguments about custody, etc.
