Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
I am going through a divorce, my 2 children have been living with me for the last 13 months (with no child support) am i able to claim head of househlod and my children on my taxes????

You need to look at your divorce decree because if there's any reference to who gets to claim what for tax purposes, you're bound by that. But if things are bad and you need that tax break you can, and will have to, go back to court to get things so you can do so. Good luck.
