Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois
Divorce Decree
My divorce decress states that ex is responsible for medical insurance for dependents until the age of 23 and does not stipulate full time school coverage. At the time, both the lawyers and parties went over each detail and all parties understood each item as written. The ex is has now motioned to have this overturned and read ''dependent will be covered only if full time student.? What is the likelihood of this happening in his favor?

Re: Divorce Decree
Hello. I gather that you and your ex have been divorced for over 2 years. It is going to be difficult to change the judgment, in my opinion. You definitely should have a lawyer representing you. Will be happy to discuss this matter further and in more detail.
