Depends.

If you have been married less than 5 years, have no kids and don't own any real estate there is a simplified procedure. Your county courthouse will have all of the forms.

If not, Check the law library at the county courthouse. There are several books that have the forms. (IICLE, Gitlin, wests illinois practice)

Since you have substatial rights, I would at least consut an attorney ahead of time.
