How can I find out if I am divorced or not?I didnt sign any papers,yet my ex said the divorce is over

Go to the courthouse and look at the court file. If the divorce went through, then there will be a judgment. If there was no property to divide there was not necessarily anything for you to sign. Additionally if you never filed an appearance, a divorce could be granted by default. If you are unsure of what is happening, contact an attorney.
