divorce & health insurance

I've been divorced for 18 months and my ex covers me under his group insurance. He is now taking me to court to take me off of his insurance for no other reason than to be vindictive. I have a history of a brain aneurysm and am uninsurable as an individual. Can I fight this?

You can fight just about anything. In your case, it depends on what is the judgment decree, and whether there is a substantive change that merits changing the order.
