That's a tough situation that we don't see everyday. The reality is that your marriage is invalid and really not a marriage. I dealt with a similar situation a few years ago and my recollection is that it's as if you're not married but if he were to obtain a divorce from the other person he's married to then your marriage would become valid. So you may want to get a court to declare your marriage invalid to protect yourself in the event the "other" marriage is dissolved whereby making your marriage legitimate.
