What if my husband is refusing to sign divorce papers?

Then you have to serve him and wait the 30 days, then make a motion for default, get the default, then set a hearing date for a default prove up. I have a couple of clients with the same problem. I don't understand why the other spouse does that, it has always seemed petty to me.
