Divorce Judgment Entered in 1994

I live in Illinois an was awarded a Divorce Judgment in 1994. I was told that it was good for 15 years. I still have not collected on it. Is there a way to renew it? If so, how?

You have not been able to collect for 15 years and you still want to go after that person? I recommend making a choice. Get him/her, or move on. Either way, you can do it this year.

Yes it can be revived depending on what type of judgment you have (Divorce, Maintenance, Child Support, Child Custody)
