divorce and leases

I have just divorced and my ex still lives in the apartmnet with me.I want her to move out ,she is no longer on the lease and iam the maitenance person here ,i help the ownwers who are in there late 70s theyt want me to stay here .She has told me me she will move out once i start paying child support which i have ,but she is not moving i don't want to watch her leave with other men any longer or come here at any hour in the am or at any radom time of the week how do i get her out ?? can you help me thank you Kevin

If she is not on the lease and is not longer married to you then have her evicted.
