Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I would like a divorce. I live in Illinois and my husband is in the service and he alone will be living in Georgia when he returns from Iraq. We have been separated for 15months. It is uncontested, no children, no home, no assets what forms do I fill out since we do not live in the same state?
