Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I am going through a divorce but still living in the same house as my 'husband'. He has entered my room on numerous occasions, threw my jewelry everywhere, tried to destroy my laptop, threw a vase of flowers in my bath, hid my jewelry (items that he had purchased for me), now his new thing is taking a handful of my prescription medication and hiding them behind a piece of furniture that is in my closet, (I only found the meds because I stumbled upon them), is that illegal?
