Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have been in a divorce for 20 months with someone who has psych and drug problems. As far as I know I have sole custody at least that was represented by the GAL, not sure it's been official yet. In the last month. My ex was put back on supervised visits but they were under hte stipulation they be done with my family. Since than her parents have decied to petition for grandparent rights. They went and seen the GAL and keep sending me text, email and phone messages at work and home. My lawyer advised me to not even respond. Can I pursue them for harassment since they are calling me on my work phone and emailing my work address. The last I talked to them was a year and a half ago and I finaly told them to stop harassing me and not to contact me again. What's your thoughts.

Ask your lawyer - if they have filed a petition for gp rights you can seek relief against them in that forum
