Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

divorce order

I was divorced 6 months ago, and in our divorce settlement it was ordered that my ex pay back my attorney fee's which total $1000, he had six months to pay it back and has not done so. If I have to pay my attorney to take him back to court, can I add those fees on as well as the orginal ? And what will the court do if he still refuses to pay? He has not shown up to any court date we had through the entire divorce,he is very defiant when it comes to the law. Thank you
