divorce papers
I recently noticed my divorce papers of 10 years ago were never signed by a judge. They are recorded. Am I leagally divorced?

You need to go to the Clerk's office and look in the file to see whether the original is signed. If so, you are divorced, if not, hope you have not already remarried as you are not legally divorced.
