Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

I have divorce papers from 1967 stating my father had court orders which were never honored. He went on to have 2 more sons, who received everything I did not. Can i pursue this and request he pay what he owes or agreed, to which i never received as a child?

There is usually a statute of limitations barring someone from bringing an action after a certain period of time has passed. Without specific facts, I can't give a specific answer, but I'd be willing to guess with a high degree of certainty that your claim (if any) expired long ago.
