Divorce while Pregnant

Can a pregnant women get divorced in the state of Illinois or does she have to wait until the baby is born?

Depends. If the child is the husbands, and the husband agrees, then no problem. If the child is not the husbands, and the husband claims as much, then the court has to wait until the baby is born to establish who the father is (and thus who is legally liable for support)
