After divorce having problems without solution, I am seeking mediation, but my question is what if she does not show or does not want to go? is in our parenting agreement at the end, to seek mediation for any problem can I take her back to court if she failed to this?or what is the next step she already broke to many "agreements" and i want to contest the custody ( note I have papers showing she is unfit) please let me know

If she fails to show up for mediation you can take her back to court. Contesting custody if VERY difficult. If it is within two years of entry of the last order, only life-threatening situations qualify. Otherwise you have to wait two years.
