divorce in process

my x and i are due in court feb 7th 2008 for our divorce. we have filied for joint custody. he as of yesterday has been threating me and harassing me, he wanted to see our daughter for a hour but i could not accomidate him. it is not in our divorce that he is to see the children in the middle of the week. only every other weekend and alternating holidays. what can i do. he has done physical damage to me before and my family and he has made thru with his threats in the past. he has a long criminal history and also has a current warrant for his arrest.

I am not sure what you are asking. Can you prevent him from being a bully? Yes, go to court and have your attorney get the court to sanction him. If there is an order already in place that he is violating, you can file a Rule to Show Cause and have him answer for his actions to the court. Any effort an attorney has to do on your behalf should be paid by your x, and most courts will do that. I hope that helps.
