Divorce Property division

My ex husband is denying me any access to my belonging that I left because I could not move them out at the time I moved out. We made an agreement when I could get a moving truck I would come back and get it and Now he wont let me get my things... Few of the items we have signed documents that they belong to me.

Easiest thing might be to contact the sheriff's deputy and explain your situation. Otherwise you can bring it up in Court, which will take a bit longer. If you have signed documents showing that certain things belong to you and a Court Order to the same effect, the Sheriffs are more likely to help.'
