Divorce property question

My father co-signed on a car for me. He is 1st on title. Now my husband says he can get my car from me at the divorce hearing. Is this true. We were married 4 yrs. no children

The car is joint marital property. The EQUITY in the car is 1/2 yours, 1/2 your husband. Your dad has no ownership of the car.
