Divorce through publication
My husband divorced me through publication. My question is that he lied to the judge and said he could not locate me and i live in the same place we shared as husband & wife. Would that be consdered fraud.

How are you damaged?
You could have the judgment quashed due to fraud, but that does not end the divorce.
If its Cook county, the state's attorney will not go after your spouse for perjury.
So, the questions is, how were you damaged. Did your spouse get someting in the divorce that you should have? Is there any more property to divide? Are there Children involved?
