Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Divorce question for State of Illinois

Hi. I originally filed for divorce on 11/30/06, but my husband never showed up in court and kept getting continuances. We were both residents of Illinois at that time. However, I had to move back to Wisconsin last year and had been traveling down to Ill. to appear in court - alone. As of Feb.1, 08, I had my Attorney file a petition for dismissal in Illinois so that I could refile in Wisconsin. I received a copy of the courts dismissal of my petition, but now my husband has had his attorney file a motion to modify the order to vacate the petition and though I haven't received any notification at all, I found on the Cook County Clerk's website that a ''Spindled Date'' has been set for 3/13/08 at 10a.m., which I have missed. What does that mean and have I lost my opportunity to refile in the state of Wisconsin? I was filing for an annulment this time because my attorney here found out our marriage wasn't really legal. My husband's original divorce was less than a month old when he married me and Wisconsin law states you can't remarry for 6 months follwing a divorce. Please help me sort out this mess. Is this something I should be worried about?

Thank you, Cheryl
