Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

divorce and realestate

I am legally divorced. My x-husband is refinancing our house and my name will be removed after he buys me out. He will still live in the house. He wants to include realitor charges so if he sells the house in the future I will of payed my portion of the realitor fee. I want to know if that is fair and right. We have no attorneys involved at this point.

Usually you include the realtor fees on the refi. That's the end of the transaction.
