Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Divorce retirement

I was divorced in 1995 and my attorney did nothing to fight for me. My ex salary was probably five times what I made. I was not asked anything about retirement. It was said that I would keep mine and he would keep his. I suffer from depression and post tramatic stress disorder. Can I take him back to court to ask the court to reconsider this decision.

My response would be no based upon the details given in your question. Generally the divorce judgment can not be modified because of new facts that occured after the divorce is final.
