if your spouse divorce you and you file a motion to vacate the judgement and it's allowed are you still married

It would depend how the order vacating the judgment is worded. Often times the point of vacating the judgment is due to property division, not because of the divorce itself, so it might be worded in a way that says only property division, custody, etc are vacated but the divorce isn't. But without knowing what your order says, I can't give you a definitive answer. I'd recommend having your attorney, or if you don't have one, a local attorney, look at it and advise you on that. I don't think it would cost very much just to have an attorney review the order for you.

If the judge does not do anything other than vacate the judgment, yes. But normally it is more complicated than that.
