Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

Divorce

My spouse and I have been apart for

3 years. He is in the military and last

I knew he was in Georgia, and I live

in IL. I cannot get a hold of him. I

not 100% sure where he is. The

problem is that I don't have a lot of

money for a divorce proceding. He

was suppose to take care of it. His

family won't give me any help and he

wouldn't give me his phone number.

I use to talk to him through myspace

but has since deleted his account.

I'm lost and could use some advice

Re: Divorce

If you don't have any children and you don't want any kind of alimony or support, you can file for a divorce in your home state. If your husband is not cooperative and/or you can not find him, you can still obtain divorce papers without too much trouble.

This kind of "no frills" divorce can be done fairly cheaply, feel free to give us a call to talk about the details.
