Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

divorce

I was told if you live with the person you divorced after its final it makes your divorce papers null and void, is that true? Meaning not that the divorce isnt legal but the agreed upon terms will no longer hold up in court.

There are a lot of lawyers out there who never went to law school and passed a bar exam. If you want legal advice seek out a licensed lawyer, not a know nothing non-lawyer. Your divorce and property settlement cannot be changed because you still live with your ex.
