my wife and i have been married for 25 years, she had $600.oo in savings when we got married. she has done well since, i have paid most of the bills, my sons education is paid for. she says thats her money, i say split fifty fifty. what our my chances. where both 56 and retired. thank you don britton

The account is a marital asset and should be split 50/50.
