My wife and I have been having problems. on friday while i was at work she left with my 8month baby and went to california when i call her she said i will not see my son until christmas. I want a divorce but do not want to lose my child. she has not had a job in 3 1/5 years and is currently unemployed. Her family in California is unrelliable and not a good influence on my son. I want my kid back. What are my options?

Get a lawyer now! If you allow the child to stay in California for 6 months, California will become the child's "home state." Then you would have to go there for court. Please call for an appointment.
