Divorce in Wisconsin but need to transfer to my ex wife, my Illinois retirement

I was Divorce in Wisconsin but need to transfer to my ex wife, my State Universities Retirement (SURS) in Illinois. I am told I need to open a Foreign Judgement case in a Ill. court and file a Qaulified Ill. Domestic Relations order (QILDRO) which I have. I need the correct Foreign Judgement form and instructions to file this in Illinois.

You need a lawyer to have this done properly. There is no "form" for enrolling a foreign judgment.
