Is it possible to withdraw my petition for divorce,even after my wife has counterfiled, & would it be to my benefit even though she is not willing to reconcile ? (It seems to be coming back to haunt me.) There is also an order of protection, & a dom. batt. charge against me for taking the phone awayfrom her. (she is very uncooperative & I can't even talk to her) & it's been 6 mos. I only filed due to bad legal advice in the first place. I never wanted this div.
