after the divorce

My X husband has elipesy and has recently had numerous seizures, he isn't telling the doctors of the seizures or the fact that he is driving with his 7 year old daughter in the car! What can I do to ensure her safety

This should b pretty simple. Petition the court for a medical exam of your ex husband, and on the date of the hearing you (or preferably an attorney) needs to explain the situation. The danger of doing it yourself is if the court rules against you, it will be hard for an attorney to come back and try to get a court to change its mind. Hope this helps.
