Legal Question in Family Law in Illinois

i got divorce, 1 year ago and she have custody of my childs. she wants to go back to mexico without my auth. and lately my kids been saying that they don't want stay with mom anymore. I like to have someone checking on my kids and check in my exwife cause the kids complaint about, she goes to church every day for about 2 hours and that she leave them alone at home.(I call the police on her once cause I went to their house and they were alone. I am not trying to get custody of my kids I just will like to make sure that she is in conditions of take care of my kids

She is not your day care provider. However she can not legally leave with the kids without your consent or a court order. The court can only order custody to one of you. If you do not want custody then the only alternative is your iwfe, or the state.
