i'm going though a divorce and have a 2 year old with the person i'm going thought the divore with i can't aford alawer so i'm a little worryed about what i sould do and what i can do and what he can and can't do? and if there's any thing he maybe able to do that if he has a lawer and i don't and there's any thing i need to woory about i got a restaining order on him and i went thought land of lincoln and i'm in the mites of a divorce and at this ponit i got a court date for child support the 23 of jan. this month and my divorce court date is feb. 22 07 and need all the advice i can get plaes help me --name removed--

Hello. You need a lawyer. This process is too complicated to go through without one. I suggests you call the local bar associations in your area, including the Illinois State Bar Association and ask where you can find free or reduced legal help. Good luck
